Korean Cultural Centre India (KCCI), with the support of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, the government of the Republic of Korea (South Korea), has been conducting Taekwondo classes for over 1,350 students in 20 schools all over India. Hallmark Public School, the best CBSE School in Panchkula, is the first school in the region to take an initiative to bring Taekwondo to make its students more physically fit, more self-aware, and better equipped for self-defence.

Taekwondo is not just a sport, but also a way of life. It promotes physical fitness, mental discipline, and self-confidence. It is a form of self-defence that originated in Korea and is now a popular sport worldwide. Taekwondo is known for its powerful kicks, fast strikes, and dynamic movements.

Taekwondo at Hallmark Public School, Panchkula, is coordinated in collaboration with KCCI (Korean Culture Centre India) and is supervised by Black Belt Masters from The Embassy of the Republic of Korea.

The Taekwondo wing at Hallmark Public School hosted the KCCI (Korean Culture Centre India) TAEKWONDO COLOUR BELT EXAM on September 4, 2022. The Chief Guest was Grand Master Lee Wan Yong (Black Belt 7Dan South Korea), while the Guest Honor was Black Belt 3Dan and Gold Medalist Raksha Goswami.

The KCCI (Korean Culture Centre India) Coach, Mr Gagan Goswami and his crew provided competent leadership and direction in the organisation of the Color Belt Exam.

Our program is open to students of all ages and skill levels and is taught by experienced and certified KCCI (Korean Culture Centre India) Coaches which are:

  1. Master Gagan Goswami – Black Belt 4 Dan,  NIS Certified Coach, International Coach (Asian Taekwondo Union)
  2. Ms Diksha Goswami (Black Belt 1Dan, 6 Times National Champion, Awarded by the Chief Minister of Haryana
  3. Ms Bharti (Black Belt 1st Dan, International Medalist, Awarded by Sports Minister of Haryana)

We believe that Taekwondo should be available to everyone, which is why our classes are Open to all.

We offer two different timing groups of Taekwondo classes to choose from i.e. Group I and Group II.

Starting from April 01, 2023

Timing (Group I): 05:00 PM-06:00 PM

Timing (Group II):  06:00 PM-07:00 PM
